In a heartwarming initiative, the Child Support Foundation distributed advanced sensor boxes to visually impaired students at the Sri Rakum School for the Blind, located on CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore. This initiative aims to enhance the mobility, safety, and learning experiences of these children.
The sensor boxes are equipped with state-of-the-art technology For the Vision, Smell,Taste,Sound and Touch sense, These features empower the students to navigate their surroundings with greater independence and confidence. Additionally, the devices support educational tools like text-to-speech converters and Braille displays, making learning materials more accessible.During the distribution event, volunteers provided hands-on training to ensure the students and teachers can effectively utilize the sensor boxes. This project not only aims to improve the day-to-day lives of the students but also fosters a sense of self-reliance and boosts their confidence.The Child Support Foundation remains committed to supporting the educational and personal development of visually impaired children, ensuring they have the tools needed to lead fulfilling lives.
